Vision Inspection & Measurement

Secote has been developing its own vision inspection, which inspects part surfaces within a micron of accuracy using CCD and the associated digital image process software. These systems are often integrated as part of a complete production system.
This integrated automatic measurement system makes evaluations for the purpose of finding defects and NG goods during the entire process of the proper data such as length or size of the product, to ensure the integrity of quality compliance.
